WLFI posted in its bylaws that any token purchased will not be tradable for a minimum of 1 year. Many people bought a lot of tokens with that expectation. If WLFI trades before October 15, they will be in violation of their own bylaws, and possible grounds for a class action lawsuit by those who expected to hold for 1 year. It’s called a “bait and switch” lawsuit. They really should consult a GOOD attorney before releasing the tokens.
