# How WLFI’s Circulating Supply Changes Each Day

The circulating supply of WLFI can be monitored in real time by querying the official API endpoint: [https://api.worldlibertyfinancial.com/v1/circulating-supply](https://api.worldlibertyfinancial.com/v1/circulating-supply). I believe this is the industry standard, as platforms like CoinMarketCap also use this API. Currently, the API reports a circulating supply of **24,607,072,399**.

I saw a tweet claiming it’s increasing daily by several million. Does anyone know what’s causing this change in circulating supply? Was it due to the 20% of locked WLFI being unlocked and claimed, or some other source?
