A paradigm shift is needed—from the theory of central bank-led credit creation to a theory of national, citizen-led credit creation.

This shift resembles moving from the Ptolemaic theory (celestial motion) to the Copernican revolution (geodynamic): a fundamental re-centering of the financial universe around the people, not financial elites.
