I have completed the normal KYC (Know Your Customer) process and passed the verification. All along, I have highly recognized the value of the WLFI project and deeply admired the team’s professionalism and grand vision. During the project’s pre-sale phase, I made multiple additional investments; afterward, I also did my best to actively participate in the ecological construction of WLFI . Today, I submitted the token unlocking application with great anticipation, only to receive a notice stating “Based on security and compliance requirements, your application has not been approved at this time.” This has made me extremely anxious. I firmly believe that this result may be due to a system misjudgment or information omission. I sincerely request the team to help verify and resolve this issue. The WLF team have so far proven to be piss poor communicators, but despite that they have ultimately taken care of business. I am hopeful that despite the seeming lack of responsiveness that they are working this and will have a resolution in short order.

Hello WLFI team,
The initial communication said that all presale buyers —except founders, team, and advisors— would be able to claim the 20%. However, when I connect to the Lockbox it shows the message that only those who bought between Oct 14, 2024 and Mar 14, 2025 can unlock.
I also purchased in the presale before that date, and now I’m excluded despite the original information saying otherwise.
Please clarify this contradiction and confirm when and how the unlock will take place for the rest of the presale buyers, because right now it feels like the information given was false or incomplete.
