There is some confusion in the community about the wording in the Transferability Proposal.
This is my interpretation of the proposal ; can a team member confirm that this is the correct interpretation?
A.
100% of pre-sale tokens (tokens already distributed) become transferable;
AND …
B.
% of tokens for “early supporters” (in the gold paper referred to as “initial supporters”) will be unlocked and distributed. In a subsequent vote, the community decides when the remainder of those tokens (from the 30% allocation) will vest.
Is this correct?
I think this makes the most sense because this would mean a circulating supply of about 25% - 35%. If pre-sale tokens, which are already distributed, are further locked (not sure how that’s possible), the circulating supply would be quite small. In addition, it would mean that the “initial supporters”, which could be just a few persons, would hold a significant % (possible majority or half) of the total circulating supply, compared to 86000+ pre-sale buyers holding the remainder.
