Does the 2-year cliff start from the initial Token Sale (Oct 2024) or from the date this proposal passes? We demand an exact Calendar Date (e.g., Oct 2026) and a hardcoded smart contract timestamp to be explicitly written into the final voting text. No vague terms!

This schedule takes effect from the date this proposal passes. No tokens are burned under this schedule.
