There’s no other way to get 20%. They can’t access your wallet and take out 20% of what’s inside. All your coins are in Lockbox, where they returned 20% to you, and you’ll receive the remaining 80% when the next release occurs.

But what puzzles me is that all coins are gone from my wallet.
They were sent to some address while I was signing the unlock agreement. No message about that.
That’s right, I explained it in the message above. You send all your coins to Lockbox, from where you receive 20%, and the rest stays in the Lockbox. At the next election, you receive the rest. In Lockbox, it appears that the coins come from your wallet. Is this difficult to understand? Don’t panic.

I just wondered, because a friend used Coinbase wallet and his tokens are still in his wallet.

Your wallet is compromised. You probably accessed some strange site, and this is the problem. Coinbase needs to look into this and fix it.
