@jykgod my suggestion would be to reach out to all the interested parties within your wallet ledger and then the WLFI to help you provide the proper way forward while asl being able to disclose your situation properly

@Amanda_Wang please refer to the message above that I replied to within this thread; my opinion would be this would be a good start; creating a timeline for support teams to offer the proper effective solutions.

This was on a hot wallet. I emailed the hot wallet team but their reply was they can’t do anything. I am thinking if it’s possible to go through the KYC with world liberty financial so that they can help me on this issue.

After this post, I already receive DM with another phising link saying that can help me solve this problem with a third party solution.. I need official help, and I believe the only way is to use a KYC way + change wallet address for unlocking…

Hello, you can exchange your old wallet for a new one.

How can I do that? ?

If your private key or seed phrase is leaked, the only thing you can do is race against the attacker to move your assets to a new, secure wallet before they do. (assuming the unlock activation do not need any data secretly known by you)

I hope they can have a mechanism to allow me to change the benefitial address based on the KYC result…. Can someone raise this..

Did you leak the private key or seed phrase? If not, and you just got hacked by signing some signature, I believe you are safe. You can safely unlock and claim as you wished.

If you have indeed leaked the private key or seed phrase, that is another sad story. All you can do is to act before the attacker. The contract is written on the blockchain; the chance of the official team updating the contract for you is virtually zero.

Can you add an MFA to the wallet so that transactions require a code available only to you?

you unlocked or hacker did?

It’s all about speed. After unlocking, transfer the coins immediately.

Transfer after the 1st September or now ?
