WLFI security assistance (phishing incident)

Hi everyone,

I ran into the same issue as the OP. While setting up a new Phantom wallet on a new computer, I clicked a fake Google ad, realized too late, and entered my seed phrase on the phishing site. My WLFI are in the Lockbox, but I’m worried a sweeper bot will drain/sell the moment the unlock/claim hits.

Questions for the team/community:

  1. Is there an official process to temporarily block claim/unlock/transfer on a compromised wallet pending a quick live KYC/ID check?

  2. Can the claim/unlock destination be reassigned to a new hardware-wallet address after verification

I’m KYC’d and can verify on Zoom/Teams immediately.
@Mods/@Team: happy to DM my wallet address and any proofs you need. Thank you so much for any guidance :folded_hands:

You could send an email to the team’s official email. Kindly check their X page for the email address.

Thank you for the reply. Yeah, I already did that through the World Liberty Financial website, contact formula, and also via Twitter. But I hope maybe here is some mod or another team member that can provide some help.

I don’t want to defense their management, but it seems there are many cases as yours. They should be getting loads and loads of emails regarding them so it takes time to get a proper response. Have you received a reply to your email?

Their reply will include: asking for your old wallet address, your new one and KYC documentation you might have provided during the pre-sale. Just reveived this email a week ago and I couldn’t get a follow-up email since then.

Can’t find it on their X page..I am looking for their official legit email for support.

A couple of users on the forum say it’s:

support@worldlibertyfinancial.com

Is that really it?
