Did you use passport matching your residence country or driver license for KYC?
What difference does it make which document was used for KYC verification if one of the proposed ones was chosen? If only one type of document had to be used, then why offer the others?
Shalom my Friend Lioness replying to you about the Error. You have received the Error because you did not send enough ETH to the Lockbox even though you signed it will still give you that error until the right amount of ETH had been applied.
