Urgent – Wallet Blocked from Lockbox Activation

Hello WLFI Support,

I urgently need help with Lockbox activation for my WLFI tokens. I bought in presale, passed KYC (approved with passport after initial failed ID attempt), and received the 47 USD1 reward. My tokens show on-chain, but when I try to activate Lockbox I get:

“We’re sorry—unable to proceed. Your request isn’t approved to move forward at this time.”

Other investors in Bulgaria activated without issue, so this appears to be an account-specific error, likely caused by the old failed KYC still tied to my wallet/email.

Please clear this error immediately so I can activate Lockbox. My allocation is valid and confirmed on-chain, and I must not be excluded from the Sept 1 unlock due to a system mistake.

I have emailed multiple times without resolution. Please confirm urgent correction.

Let’s make some noise,write everywhere,here ,on X . We need a solution and we need it now . I have made all the right moves ,I am not a scammer and my address has never been used . I am a legitimate investor and supporter and I deserve to be allowed to transact my coins as anyone else . I’ve been here since November and even led more people to buy the coin .

You must have ETH in your wallet to pay the transaction fees. I haven’t had any problems. Without ETH in the wallet you can’t do anything.

I paid either 0.00067 or 0.000067. I don’t remember.

I have enough ETH , this is not the problem. It doesnt let me go to the signing of the contract where I need the gas fee.

I read that there were some problems with the system at first, but then the problem was resolved. Try again tomorrow, and if not, contact them. I’ve read the terms and conditions, and it says they can block you.

Anyone else experiencing that your tokens say they are not eligible now but should be? And it won’t extract the tokens from my wallet.

Am I doing something wrong?

Use VPN guys, that helps most

I have tried everything. Using the browser from the Base wallet app, using VPN, using different browsers. The problem is I believe in the KYC system flagging wallets at random. I have never ever used this wallet its a brand new wallet . Usually I am not that involved in crypto actually. So I don’t know . It starts to smell like they don’t want bigger wallets on purpose to lock in the 20 %

nah, 350 wallets with 10M to 100M have been activated.

83 wallets with 100m to 1B have been activated.

1 wallet with more than a 1B has been activated.

You are not being blocked because you are to big.

Than why are they blocking me and so many others, who will answer this burning question? Admin are you here?

Theory fails, since most of the large wallets are locked up

Ok thats a good information to know.Thanks guys! Don’t forget we are all here to look for some good fortune and if you place yourselves in my shoes its a bit frustrating to wait almost a year since day 1 and to wake up not being able to lock in your coins.
