Wallet blocked without reason (LockBox)

Hello WLFI Team

I have completed the KYC process after several attempts, and my documents are in order. My country (Peru) has no restrictions on cryptocurrencies. I have been waiting for months to withdraw the tokens I purchased with my last savings, after suffering several losses.
I received the airdrop of $47 USD.
I participated in the governance vote without any issues.
However, today I received the message: “Your request is not approved at this time. For security and compliance reasons, we cannot provide more information.”

I am asking for your help in resolving this issue. If the team needs additional information to verify my identity, I am willing to go through the KYC process again, send a video with my document, or provide any other information they may need.

With this, I don’t want to cause pity or for anything to be given to me. I just want our legitimate right to claim the tokens that belong to us and to be part of the project we’ve believed in for months to be respected.

I have never had much money, and this means a lot to me. Please don’t take away my hope of being able to dream of giving something better to my family.

I am just an early investor who believed in the project.

Thanks to the WLFI team, the issue has been resolved. I received the email with instructions to redo the KYC and am now able to complete the lockbox process. Thank God everything worked out.

Did they sent you a link to redo the KYC or you just sent them information with photos . I am still waiting someone to contact me.

I think we must wait for the WLFI app to verify KYC , hope it will be those days before the first September

Just to let you know that I have able to unlock the lockbox by simply delete my app wallet and reinstall it. Then I have went in the browser of the wallet (trust wallet) and unlocking it. Hope it works for you too :+1::money_with_wings:

I received a personalized link to complete the KYC. When I opened it, my previously uploaded documents were pre-loaded. I deleted them and re-uploaded them. It completed successfully. I was then able to complete the lockbox without any issues.
