Before anyone says “you should have protected your wallet better,” let me be clear: hacks can happen to anyone. Even experienced users make mistakes, fall into traps, or face attacks beyond their control. This is not about blaming victims, this is about finding solutions.
I am writing this with deep frustration and disappointment. I was one of the earliest supporters and buyers of WLFI, and I trusted this project from the beginning. My wallet was hacked, but my WLFI tokens are still locked, which means they are not stolen and can technically be recovered. Despite this, I have contacted the WLFI team many times via email, Contact Us, and this forum, and I have received absolutely no response.
I completed full KYC when purchasing WLFI, and I am fully ready to repeat face scan, identity verification, and any legal process again. I am not avoiding verification — I am asking for it. I want a professional and official solution.
I also know I am not alone. There are many people like me who are in similar situations, unable to access their locked tokens, unable to get any guidance, and unable to find a clear process. This silence makes early supporters feel ignored and forgotten.
I am not asking for pity. I am asking for responsibility, communication, and a clear path. If anyone here knows any official procedure, contact, or solution method, please guide me. At this point, I just want a human response and a professional solution.
