Hi all i was one of the unlucky ones who had a potentially hacked wallet which i told WLFI about i think they then moved my coins into the lock box and its pending being moved to my safe wallet, has anyone been through this process successfully yet and an indication of how long it took, i am not in a rush to sell but would love to know there safe, thanks
i’m also in the same situation, team just said wallet in queue but there’s no timeline & there’s no way to tracking what compliance team is doing rn

same situation, so I wrote to the support by email
First they asked my current (compromised) wallet, my new address wallet (fresh and safe) and my ID
Then days after, they sent me an email asking for a new KYC step in order to confirm my identity
Now I’m waiting for token transfer
Beware of the email you use, find the official one in official website or X account. The contact form on their website gave no answer, so better contact them by mail (compliance@…)

don’t know. no news for the moment. Hope I won’t have to wait decades.
