They replied me that i didnt do onboarding process properly but i did all the steps. The problem is maybe their third party KYC provider who was not able to collect all the data properly.

I hope they do manual KYC for me, awaiting their response.

No, not at all. But the screenshot they shared yesterday looked like everything was empty beside name nationality and dob

I got reply within an hour but after that no response if they will manually verify or not. Awaiting their response on next steps.

How did they fix it . Did you make another KYC or they just told you to try again

So they replied you again after 1 day right? They emailed me yesterday and I replied. Hopefully they will get back today. Fingers crossed!

I provided them my KYC ID details in first mail and they did from their side. You should send mail again for resolution.
